Beth Engelberth, LCMHC

Clinician

Not accepting new clients

Beth (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in Vermont.  She earned her Masters in Clinical Psychology at St. Michael's College of Vermont in 2009. Beth has a client-centered approach to therapy and believes it is important to focus on the whole person not just the issues that the client brings into the therapy office.  She believes by taking this approach and helping the client gain greater awareness of themselves and their world that they will be able to make more satisfying and meaningful choices in their life.  Through her work she focuses on her clients uniqueness and strengths to help foster a stronger sense of self and overall empowerment.

Beth works with adults and older teens.  She specializes in working with people who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, life transitions, and people who feel like they have lost their way. She has an extensive background working with both abusers and victims of domestic violence.

Beth knows that one of the hardest and bravest things a person can do is to enter therapy.  She uses a gentle direct approach and humor to foster a trusting and safe space for her clients.

Beth is currently able to accept BCBS, Cigna, Medicaid and MVP insurance. She is also open to accepting clients on a self-pay basis.
