Greg (he/him) got his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health in 2019 from Governors State University and he is currently is a Rostered Professional Psychotherapist. He moved from Chicago to Vermont in 2019 and has been loving it ever since. Greg has a history of working in a variety of environments, from working on an inpatient psychiatric unit running group therapies to providing outpatient services. Greg has also spent time counseling and working with adolescents and teenagers within the White River School District.

Greg’s approach to therapy is at first a person-centered approach. He is there to provide a non-judgmental and affirming atmosphere for clients to become empowered to be their most authentic self. He also uses a blend of CBT and DBT techniques in order to provide resources needed for growth and problem solving. He is a big proponent of laughter and relaxation, so clients can expect humor to come out as well as mindful relaxation techniques to aid in the healing process.

Greg has experience working with teens and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, anger and stress management.

When he is not in the office Greg enjoys going out for walks with his dog, Nugget, as well as running and playing in games of Dungeons and Dragons.

Greg sees clients out of the Shelburne office.
