Claire is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in Vermont. Originally from the west coast, Claire is also an LPC in Oregon, and has an MA in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis and Clark College. Her clients are often navigating anxiety, mood challenges, PTSD or trauma, identity questions, big life transitions, and living in a world full of unjust systems.

In therapy, Claire prioritizes building a strong relationship and collaborative partnership with her clients. Claire often utilizes dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) alongside other modalities, including ACT and mindfulness and somatic based practices.

Claire is legally blind, and has a personal background in disability justice and activism. Outside of work, you might find her rereading Harry Potter, baking and eating desserts, or spending time walking in the woods or near the water.
