I offer a holistic, client-centered, and—when meaningful to the individual—spiritually grounded approach to therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming space where healing, transformation, and growth can naturally unfold. I believe deeply in each person’s innate ability to move through adversity and cultivate a life rooted in meaning, connection, and joy.
I specialize in supporting adults navigating ADHD, autism spectrum traits, anxiety, and depression. My practice is inclusive and culturally responsive, drawing from my background in clinical and spiritual psychology, social work, yoga, and energy/spiritual healing work. I incorporate mindfulness, meditation, family constellations, alongside evidence-based modalities including psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), attachment theory, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation.
I have a particular passion for working with neurodivergent individuals and exploring the intersection of spirituality and mental health.
My academic background includes a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, where I also completed the Spirituality Mind and Body Institute program. I am a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, formally trained in India.
Outside of my practice, I cherish time with family, connecting with nature, gardening, and honoring the quiet rhythms of daily life.
