Olivia Harrison (she/her) is a psychiatrist who earned her MD from the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine and completed both her general psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Vermont Medical Center. She is honored to join the Vermont Center for Resiliency as the Director of Psychiatry and Medical Director of the OCD program. Her clinical interests are broad and include anxiety disorders and OCD, mood disorders, community psychiatry, neurodiversity, child and adolescent psychiatry, family work, and the biopsychosocial model of healthcare.
She provides person-centered care with emphasis on the individual’s personal goals and values, and encourages complementary engagements such as joyful movement, creative expression, and being in nature. While her primary role is prescribing medication, she believes deeply in the synergistic relationship between many different treatments and is delighted to work alongside the providers of VCR. She works with clients of all ages and prioritizes a family-centered, team-based approach.
Her personal interests include reading, making art, and being outside.
Dr. Liv sees clients via internal referral and through VCR programs.
