Tory (she/her) is a rostered psychotherapist in Vermont and a registered dance/movement therapist. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Oberlin College, and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University, where she specialized in dance/movement therapy. She has experience working with young adults with a wide range of clinical presentations including anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, trauma, grief, and identity development. 

Tory believes in meeting each of her clients where they are. Building a therapeutic relationship that is safe and trustworthy is important to her. Tory is a relational and integrative therapist, blending client-led, person-centered, attachment-informed, and strengths-based approaches in her work. She often incorporates levity and metaphor into sessions to strengthen rapport and encourage clients’ self-exploration. Tory is a trauma-informed therapist, working to understand each client holistically as they are informed by culture, relationships, systems, and experiences.

Outside of the office, Tory enjoys attending aerial dance classes and exercising, cooking and eating delicious food, spending time with friends, and traveling with her partner.

Tory see’s clients out of the Waterfront office, and is able to accept Medicaid, BCBS, MVP, and Cigna.
