COVID-19 Update

What we are doing to keep everyone safe:

  • We continue to offer sessions over tele-health/video.

  • Every therapist is making the best decision they can for themselves, their families, and the community whether to/when they will resume in-person meetings .

  • If sessions are occurring in the office, your therapist will give you more detailed information, but the overview of the policy is:

    • Folks are asked to wash/sanitize their hands upon arrival.

    • Please do not arrive to your appointment early. Your therapist will make a plan with you to minimize your time spent in the waiting room.

    • Offices that can be rearranged to create for more than 6ft between therapist and client will be rearranged. And spaces that can open windows will do so.

    • Folks are asked to cancel their appointment if they are experiencing a fever, shortness of breath or a cough, or have been exposed to someone who shows signs of COVID-19 (and our clinicians will do the same). If an appointment cannot be in person due to potential symptoms or exposure, please talk to your clinician about the option to just switch an appointment to tele-health.

    • Masks are encouraged.
